Drug investigation nets suspected pornography

A drug investigation uncovered suspected child pornography at a Spokane Valley apartment this week. Jacque C. Bos, 49, is accused of selling meth to undercover detectives before they raided his apartment at 2400 N. Wilbur Road on Tuesday. Along with meth, detectives seized computers and other devices they suspect contain child pornography, according to the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office. On Wednesday, detectives arrested Elmer B. Hoiseth, 57, at a mobile home at 7700 W. Westbow Blvd., according to the Sheriff’s Office. Hoiseth is suspected of selling meth to Bos, whom investigators believe also bought meth from 45-year-old Phuoc H. Nguyen, who was arrested March 17 after detectives found meth and the remnants of a lab at his home in the 400 block of East Vicksburg Place. Bos appeared Wednesday in Spokane County Superior Court on one charge of delivery of child pornography, and Hoiseth was booked into jail on one charge of delivery of methamphetamine. Nguyen is out of jail on bond.
