Community Warehouse - “Ball Painting,” instructors from Spokane County Head Start, Early Head Start and ECEAP lead families with young children in painting with various balls; also “Mother Tree,” Tessa Swoboda partners with Catholic Charities’ Childbirth and Parenting Assistance to depict motherhood through the painting of an 8-foot tree. 17 W.
