Authorities say ex-boyfriend was Spokane robbery target

A robbery in north Spokane early Wednesday targeted the ex-boyfriend of one of the suspects.

The victims told police they were attacked by a group that included a pregnant woman. That woman might be someone who used to date one of three residents at 815 W. Bellwood Drive, David M. Anderson.

Anderson was at work when the group entered his apartment about 4 a.m. armed with hammers and crowbars and stole electronics.

Anderson’s girlfriend, 19-year-old Katherine E. Scott, and their roommate, 22-year-old Aaron D. Miller, were beaten with a crowbar and bound with zip ties during the robbery, according to the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies arrested 20-year-old Donald M. Holley, 30-year-old Oshien R. Pendell and 19-year-old Megan N. Wilson on Wednesday. Miller said at least two others were involved, and detectives are looking for additional suspects.
