Tribute captured Frank Burgess
The tribute to the late Judge Frank Burgess in The Spokesman-Review (March 30) by columnist John Blanchette was superlative.
It must be gratifying for editors to know that when a contribution by him is published it will be without question the best-written story in your newspaper.
