Idaho Supreme Court meets in Wallace

WALLACE – The Idaho Supreme Court is scheduled to meet today in the Shoshone County Courthouse in the North Idaho town of Wallace.

County commissioners in December sent an invitation to the justices, who responded about a month later accepting the invitation and expressing their appreciation for the use of the courthouse.

Stephen W. Kenyon, clerk of the Supreme Court, said there will be three hearings beginning at 8:50 a.m. before Justice Daniel Eismann, Justice Roger Burdick, Justice Jim Jones, Justice Warren Jones and Justice Joel Horton.

Kenyon said the public is welcome to attend today’s hearings.
