Vehicle fire slows I-90 traffic in Spokane Valley
A PT Cruiser that caught fire earlier this morning is still backing up traffic in the eastbound lanes of Interstate 90 at Sprague Avenue.
The fire about 7:30 a.m. was located between the Havana Street on ramp and the Sprague Avenue off ramp.
The disabled vehicle in the right lane forced traffic to move to the left lanes. Police and fire vehicles were on the scene.
In addition, a rear-end accident involving two vehicles occurred about a half-mile to the west near the Freya Street interchange about 7:50 a.m.
