Start lining up lawyers

The Spokesman-Review

That the state acknowledges that studded snow tires cause ruts in our highways, at least $15 million a year in repairs, and increase the risk of hydroplaning and accidents from other causes, yet refuses to take any kind of action to remedy the situation, is sheer stupidity, as I see it makes the state guilty by admission.

It’s also a bit of politics being played by our spineless elected leaders. We wouldn’t want them to do the right thing and lose a few votes now, would we?

If anybody is involved in an accident in which tire ruts are a contributing factor, I would suggest they take the state to court. That’s what I intend to do, as well as doing my part to replace some of these slackers that claim to represent us this November.
