Sign up for Fish-In

Today is the deadline to register for the May 1 Kids’ Fish-In event for youths 5-14.

The $5 per child fee includes a T-shirt, rod and reel, and help in catching and cleaning up to three trout.

Kids are assigned to 45-minute slots at the Fairchild AFB access site on Clear Lake.

Registration forms are available at the WDFW office in Spokane Valley, or can be downloaded at www.gopaw.org/ kids_fish-in_program.

•In Moscow, a Kid’s Fishing Clinic is set for Saturday, 8 a.m.-noon, at Hordemann Pond.
