Signed The Seattle Seahawks signed veteran guard Ben Hamilton. He played 15 games with eight starts last season for Denver.

Declared Louisville center Samardo Samuels declared for the NBA draft but will not hire an agent, leaving open the possibility of returning for his junior season.

•Nevada sophomore Luke Babbitt said he has hired an agent and is forgoing his final two years of eligibility to enter the NBA draft.

Extended Center Marcus Camby signed a two-year contract extension with the Portland Trail Blazers. Camby was acquired from the Los Angeles Clippers on Feb. 16 in exchange for Travis Outlaw and Steve Blake.

Filed A 22-year-old hotel receptionist filed a lawsuit against Indianapolis Colts defensive tackle Eric Foster, claiming he sexually assaulted her in his room before the AFC Championship game. The complaint accuses Foster of luring the woman into his room at the University Place Hotel in Indianapolis on Jan. 24, before the Colts played the New York Jets, under the pretense that there was a maintenance problem.
