White Cane Days: Raising Money to Give Sight, Hope and a Second Chance – Spokane Central Lions Club is campaigning for its 41st annual fundraising event. From 10 a.m.-6 p.m., Friday-Saturday, club members will be collecting donations at various corners downtown Spokane, and at Albertsons and Safeway grocery stores on Northwest Blvd. All proceeds benefit the the Northwest Lions Foundation’s sight programs.
