A gentleman, even in politics

In the late 1990s, when I was the director of the Fair and Expo Center for Spokane County, I had the opportunity to work closely with Andy Billig, due to his association with the Spokane Indians and Avista Stadium. Mr. Billig is a candidate for the 3rd Legislative District and would be an incredible asset in Olympia.

I sat through numerous meetings with Mr. Billig and the county commissioners, many of them very contentious. Andy always conducted himself with the utmost professionalism, listened to all sides of the arguments, and always kept his cool. I have admired his ability to conduct business in the political atmosphere he was always placed in, and how he accepted the decisions with grace no matter what the outcome. He is well aware of how the political arena works and is one of the most honest, ethical people I know.

The 3rd Legislative District would be well served by this intelligent and informed gentleman. Believe me, Andy understands the issues at hand and he will work for his district with complete competence.
