Candidates’ roles misidentified
Shawn Vestal misidentified the roles of John Driscoll and John Ahern in a column Friday. Driscoll is the incumbent representative in Washington’s 6th Legislative District, and Ahern, a former representative, is one of two Republican challengers.

Weight workshop location incorrect
The location for the Hypnotherapy Weight Release Workshop was listed incorrectly in the Health Bulletin Board on Tuesday. The workshop will be held Thursdays, Aug. 12-Sept. 23 (no class Sept. 16), 3-5 p.m., at the Southside Senior Activity and Community Center, 3151 E. 27th Ave.
