The Spokane County medical examiner is investigating the apparent drowning death on Sunday afternoon of a 9-year-old girl in the Indian Trail area of Spokane.
The drowning occurred at a residential swimming pool in the vicinity of Arrowhead Drive and Bentwood Street.
The medical examiner’s office confirmed the incident Monday morning and identified the drowning victim as 9-year-old Denesha Taylor.

Poor baby my heart goes out to the family. I saw a friend drown years ago when i was a kid i haven’t swam since.
