Events commemorating the 1910 Fire in Trout Creek, Mont., take place on Saturday. The wrong day was given in a list of events running this week, due to a reporter’s error.

Article incorrect on time frame, agency

A man who was arrested Wednesday for burglarizing an area fast-food restaurant wore the store’s uniform while inside, to avoid looking suspicious to passers-by. Both the name of the police agency involved and the time frame when the suspect donned the uniform were incorrect in a story Thursday, due to a reporter’s error.

Salmon distributed to tribal members

Salmon netted by members of the Colville Confederated Tribes at the mouth of the Okanogan River are distributed to tribal members for food. A story on Aug. 1 mischaracterized the purpose of the fishery due to a reporter’s error.
