Grand jury indicts North Idaho trio on drug charges
SANDPOINT — A grand jury in northern Idaho has indicted three Bonner County residents on charges of delivering and trafficking drugs.
First District Judge Steve Verby issued bench warrants for 52-year-old Chuck Dean Mack, 27-year-old Bree Ann Church and 24-year-old Morgon Kenney earlier this month.
The Bonner County Daily Bee reported Monday that Mack and Kenney remain in custody at the Bonner County Jail, while Church has been released on a property bond.
Church, whose case is sealed in public court records, is accused of delivering marijuana, ecstasy and cocaine.
Mack, who is accused of trafficking marijuana and delivering marijuana, is scheduled to enter a plea on Sept. 7. Kenney will go to trial in December on charges that he delivered ecstasy, cocaine and hallucinogenic mushrooms.

More victims of the failed drug war. Doesn’t surprise me though, I da ho is full of idiotic morons that know nothing, thats why its a red state. Billions wasted to combat drug use and after all these years, use has remained the same if not grown larger. America likes to waste taxpayer money fighting lost causes, look ar Iraq and Afghanistan, Vietnam. We love our wars dont we? If we have no one to fight, we’ll fight each other. Prohibition has created this black market and a stalled economy simply throws gas on the fire. You don’t solve a medical issue in jail you make it worse. Our lock em up and throw away the key policy has created a lucrative prison industry that does nothing to help or deter these people from doing the exact same thing when they get out, only they have better contacts. The people that run the prisons are rolling in the dough and laughing all the way to the bank.

And let the bashing of Idaho begin from the perch of urban blight, horrible roads, and a high rate of homelessness that allows Spokane such a distinct, and clearly superior, place to opine from.

Sorry force, Sandpoint is my hometown so I know firsthand of their backward beliefs. Its full of rich white retirees and poor old hippies. Im only here for an education, something that Idaho doesnt believe in. But good effort trying to say Im judging from Spokane.
