‘60 Minutes’ interviews Facebook’s Zuckerberg
Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg will appear in his first television interview since “The Social Network” hit theaters Sunday on “60 Minutes.”
He’ll discuss the film as well as the direction he’s taking his company and his status as one of America’s most influential figures. “60 Minutes” airs Sunday at 7 p.m. on CBS.
Couric gets ‘Glee’-ful
Katie Couric is returning to high school for a guest appearance on the hit Fox television series “Glee.”
The CBS news anchor, who was a cheerleader during her school days, is booked for a cameo role on an upcoming episode of the show about a high school glee club.
‘Young’ getting older
CBS is renewing “The Young and the Restless” for three more years.
TV’s top-rated daytime drama has now been picked up through the 2013-’14 season. It premiered in 1973.
The announcement comes on the heels of NBC’s recent renewal of its long-running soap, “Days of Our Lives,” for two more years.
In September, TV’s oldest soap, “As the World Turns,” left the air after 54 years.
