According to HealthCastle.com, choose citrus fruits for vitamin C, which may help lower blood pressure; whole-grain carbohydrates to increase levels of the “feel-good” brain chemical serotonin; hot tea for comforting warmth and natural antioxidants; dark green vegetables for their anxiety-fighting B vitamins; and nuts for both B vitamins and serotonin-boosting magnesium.
