Eastbound I-90 blocked at Lookout Pass

Eastbound I-90 is clogged at Lookout Pass by a semi-truck that has spun out, according to an Idaho State Police dispatcher. ISP does not yet have an officer on the scene, so it is not yet known if all lanes are blocked, the dispatcher said.
