One killed in Stevens County car accident
A Northport man is dead after a one-car accident today on Highway 25 about a mile north of Northport.
Gregg P. Norwood, 50, was driving a 1997 Ford pickup south on the highway when veered across the center line, left the roadway, went down an embankment and crashed head-on into two trees, according to the Washington State Patrol. WSP got the call at 1:49 p.m.
