Amanda Swan has been hired as events coordinator/ communications specialist for The Lands Council. She previously worked as a marketing coordinator for Cornerstone Property Advisors. She holds bachelor’s degrees in journalism and studio art from Eastern Washington University.

H2E Incorporated of Liberty Lake has hired Jeff Nelson as an electrical designer. He previously worked as a maintenance technician and automation programmer for Johanna Beverage Company.

Jason Wagner has been hired as an assistant vice president and commercial loan officer for Inland Northwest Bank. He previously worked for Banner Bank and is a graduate of the University of Washington.

Wells Fargo Bank has hired Paul Ellyson as vice president and private banking officer. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Washington State University and has 18 years of banking experience.

Candace Lugviel has joined Wells Fargo Home Mortgage as a home mortgage consultant. She has 25 years of mortgage lending experience in Spokane.

Promotion

Medication Review Inc. has promoted Jeanette Bidondo from a consulting pharmacist to director of telepharmacy services.

Kudos

Tom Hormel has been named Certified Residential Specialist of the Year 2010 by the Washington State Chapter of the Council of Residential Specialists. He is a Realtor with Century 21 Beutler and Associates in Liberty Lake.

The Washington Recreation and Park Association’s Facilities Services Section presented Patty Bischoff with its 2010 Customer Service Award. Bischoff is an administrative assistant for the city of Spokane Valley’s Parks and Recreation Department.

Don Hay has earned the senior real estate specialist designation from the National Association of Realtors. He is a broker with Windermere Real Estate.

Medicare has rated Riverview Retirement Community the No. 1 nursing home out of 240 nursing homes in Washington state and presented the North Spokane nursing home with a triple Five-Star Quality Rating designation.

Gifts

Numerica Credit Union donated $3,000 to various senior meal programs in Eastern Washington and North Idaho. Mid City Concerns in Spokane, Spokane Valley Meals on Wheels and North Idaho College Area Agency on Aging in Coeur d’Alene each received $500 of the donation.

Appointed

Trinity Group Homes in Coeur d’Alene appointed Elizabeth (Liz) Montgomery as life skills coordinator. She previously served as family service coordinator for the YWCA in Spokane and has nine years of related experience. The organization also appointed Mary Marano and Dr. K.C. McVey as new board members. Marano is a coordinator for Kootenai County Mental Health Court and McVey is with Coeur d’Alene Dental Center.

Elected

Steve Meyer has been elected to the Idaho Technology Council Executive Committee. Meyer is principal of Packwood Properties based in Coeur d’Alene.
