New Year’s Retreat – Tibetan Lakshey Zangpo Rinpoche retreat to cultivate peace in the world as well as peace in our lives. Spokane Area Weight Loss Challenge – 12-week nonprofit course offers tips on nutrition and exercise along with the flair of competition. Cost is $40 for the 12-week program.
