2008 election explained

The Spokesman-Review

A brief response to Gary Warren’s letter (Jan. 26): Obviously, his toxic letters to the editor won’t be going away anytime soon even though the state of Massachusetts elected a liberal Republican to the Senate. Not as long as there are Democrats to attack.

On the other hand, for those who remember what the GOP in charge did up through 2008, and how much they ignored we the people and in general treated Main Street with contempt, must be why they lost in 2008. And Warren’s hyperbole about the Democrats? Well, he is eating sour grapes.
