Meeting to focus on river cleanup

WALLACE – Priorities for ecological cleanup in the upper basin of the Coeur d’Alene River will be discussed at public meeting on Wednesday. The meeting runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Wallace Inn, 100 Front St.

The Environmental Protection Agency’s goal is to improve water quality in the upper basin, which includes the south fork of the Coeur d’Alene River and its tributaries. A summary of the plan is available at http://yosemite.epa.gov/R10/
