New Faces

Colleen Rice has been hired by H2E Incorporated in Liberty Lake as an electrical drafter. She previously worked for Industrial Design Services. The company has also hired Kou Moua as an electrical/controls engineer. He previously worked for Wagstaff Inc.

Advanced Care Internal Medicine in Spokane has hired Dr. Todd Gottschalk in the practice of internal medicine. Gottschalk is a graduate of Western University of Health Sciences and completed his internship and residency at Case Western Reserve University-MetroHealth Medical Center. He has more than 10 years of medical experience and previously served as an internal medicine physician in the U.S. Army Reserves and as a hospitalist while practicing internal medicine in Las Vegas.

Dr. Glenn Gardner has been hired by Advanced Vascular Services in Spokane in the practice of vascular surgery. Gardner graduated from Indiana University School of Medicine, completed his residency at Morristown Memorial Hospital and completed a fellowship in vascular surgery with Boston University School of Medicine. He previously worked for the University of Missouri Health Care’s teaching hospital and has more than 18 years of experience practicing vascular surgery.

County Financial has hired Reid Carrell as a financial representative. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Washington State University. His office is at 1420 N. Mullan Road, Suite 210, in Spokane Valley.

Moss Adams LLP has added Brandon Flory and Chad Holzer to its audit staff. Flory holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting information systems from Washington State University and previously interned with Moss Adams’ Portland office. Holzer earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from Eastern Washington University and previously interned with Moss Adams’ Spokane office.

Promotions

Rikki Patch has been promoted from senior accountant to manager for Dingus, Zarecor and Associates PLLC. The firm has also promoted Holly Sliva from staff accountant to senior accountant.

Gifts

Sterling Savings Bank has received more than $500,000 in grants from Federal Home Loan Bank of Seattle, to support the development of quality affordable housing throughout Washington. Of that, $240,000 has been awarded to Colville Indian Housing Authority to create 20 lease-to-own single-family homes on the Colville Indian Reservation, and $89,999 was given to Habitat for Humanity- Spokane to build 10 single-family, owner-occupied homes in Deer Park.

Appointed

HDB Marine in Harrison, Idaho, has appointed Marty McDonald as chief operations officer. He has more than 30 years of marina construction experience and previously worked for EMP Industries and HydroHoist.

Elected

Hugh “Flip” Himmelreich has been re-elected to serve a two-year term on the Travel Leaders’ Associate Advisory Board. Himmelreich owns Travel Leaders locations in Spokane and Coeur d’Alene.
