Recycling terror bad idea

The Spokesman-Review

National Security Adviser John Brennan’s comment that 20 percent of the terrorists we have released have returned to the battlefield, and that this should be an acceptable amount, is totally outrageous. This proves that the current administration does not take our current war on terror seriously.

In 1944, would we have ever considered turning 20 percent of the German and Japanese prisoners we held loose to return to the battle? It is obvious this administration thinks the war on terror is over, or, perhaps, they must think it never really started. Where were they on 9/11?
