Hand Drumming Workshops – West African Drumming – Eight-week session begins today, 6 p.m. Middle Eastern Drumming – Eight-week session begins Friday, 6 p.m. Malidoma World Drum and Dance Studio, 408 W. Fun With The Brush – Sumi-e and Japanese calligraphy classes teach traditional techniques. Thursdays beginning today for six weeks, 10 a.m.-noon at Spokane Art Supply, 1303 N. Raw Space Exhibit – Artists in all media are invited to participate in the annual “Raw Space” exhibition, Feb. 5-7 in conjunction with the February Visual Arts Tour.
