Spokane sets championship attendance record — again

Spokane has again set the all-time attendance record for U.S. Figure Skating championships, breaking its own record set in 2007.

The 9,082 ticketed fans on Sunday brought total attendance for the 10-day event at the Spokane arena to 158,170, event organizer Toby Steward said Sunday evening.

“It’s gigantic,” Steward said.
