Wellesley closed for part of morning rush hour Friday

A section of Wellesley Avenue where it intersects with Trent Avenue near Otis Orchards will be closed for about 90 minutes beginning at 8 a.m. Friday. Investigators from the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office will be reconstructing an accident that seriously injured two East Valley students on Dec. 29. Drivers can take an alternate route by going south on Barker Road to Euclid, heading east to Harvard Road and then north to Trent. Those heading west can use the same route in reverse.
