Three dozen arrested in marijuana raids

LYNNWOOD, Wash. – About three dozen people have been arrested in raids on suspected marijuana-growing operations in Snohomish County.

Lynnwood police spokeswoman Shannon Sessions said the South Snohomish County Drug Task Force and the Drug Enforcement Administration served 26 search warrants Wednesday. She said they confiscated thousands of plants, mainly in rental homes.

Those arrested ranged in age from 25 to 75.
