This week should see warmest temperatures

After a summer of record rainfall and cooler temperatures, this week is expected to bring the warmest temperatures of the season so far. Today the National Weather Service expects a high of 81, with temperatures rising into the 90s by the end of the week. The expected low for tonight is around 55. Humidity was recorded at 77 percent at the Spokane Airport. Yesterday parts of northern Idaho experienced extreme winds upwards of 20 mph. The panhandle has a slight chance of thunderstorms today, but temperatures throughout the week will hover around the 80s.
