Highway 231 reopens in Stevens County near Valley
Logging truck rolled about 5:15 a.m., blocking the entire road
Highway 231 in Stevens County, about 3 miles north of Valley, has reopened after a logging truck that rolled has been removed.
The road was blocked in both directions after the 5:15 a.m. accident, according to the Washington State Patrol. It reopened about 10:30 a.m.
