SPOKANE – The Spokane Community Warehouse application has been accepted in the July Pepsi Refresh Project.

Pepsi is giving away millions each month to fund refreshing ideas to change the world and this is Spokane’s opportunity to win $25,000 to keep the warehouse operating next year.

The warehouse is reaching out to the Spokane community to vote for their cause, A Bed for Every Head. The application with the most online votes will win.

The Community Warehouse is sponsored by Catholic Charities Spokane. Its goal is to give homeless and low-income families access to furniture and household items to set up and remain stable in permanent housing, as well as provide donors with the opportunity to recycle gently used furniture and household items directly to families in need.
