“The Runaways”: Dakota Fanning and Kristen Stewart are memorable as Cherie Currie and Joan Jett, the underage girls with guitars who fronted the influential 1970s group The Runaways. Though made with considerable skill and nuance by music-video director Floria Sigismondi, the film fails to transcend the hoary doomed-rocker tropes.
