Two injured in crash on I-90
Two people were injured Thursday in a car accident on Interstate 90 near Ritzville.
About 2:45 p.m., Ida C. Conner, 70, of Covelo, Calif., was westbound when she stopped her Chevrolet Cavalier in the left lane about a mile west of Ritzville. David J. Redwine, 59, of Moses Lake, crashed into Conner with his Pontiac Montana, according to the Washington State Patrol.
Conner was transported by Med Star to Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center, where she was in critical condition Thursday night. Redwine was in stable condition at East Adams Rural Hospital in Ritzville.
