State Route 21 reopens after rock slide

A rock slide on State Route 21 that blocked southbound traffic, three miles south of Keller, since this morning has been cleared, according to a Washington State Patrol press release. Travelers were detoured for about four and a half hours. State patrol flaggers were directing traffic at the site.
