Clijsters returning

EASTBOURNE, England – Kim Clijsters will make her return to the WTA Tour today after an absence of nearly two months.

Clijsters, who injured her left foot while competing in the Fed Cup against Estonia, plays Yanina Wickmayer in an all-Belgian first round match at the Aegon International.

Defending champion Caroline Wozniacki of Denmark is seeded No. 1 in a field that features six of the top 10 women.

Two Spaniards top the seeds at the ATP event – Nicolas Almagro is No. 1 ahead of Queen’s Club semifinalist Feliciano Lopez.
