Right or wrong, veteran news reporter Helen Thomas said in an interview recently that Israelis should “get the hell out of Palestine” and go back to Poland, Germany and other places.

Well, I say Washington state should get the hell out of the liquor business.

Grocery stores do a fine job controlling the sale of beer and wine; they’ll do a fine job controlling beer, wine and liquor.

Washington state could save beaucoup bucks.
