Youth fishing clinic cuts launch access
ROSE LAKE, Idaho – Access to the main boat launch at Rose Lake will be limited Friday because of a youth fishing clinic.
Sixty youth will participate in the clinic, which is put on by the Panhandle Bass Club and the Idaho Department of Fish and Game.
Anglers are encouraged to avoid the main boat launch at Rose Lake prior to 5 p.m., to avoid long waits. Instead, state officials recommend using the nearby Medimont and Killarney Lake boat launches.
