It’s hard to stomach the thought that bicyclists & pedestrians can easily be treated like a deer cast to the side of the road… :-(

I am a cyclist and have been run off the road or almost stuck by uncaring drivers many times. Yes, I was ridding safely and not blocking the road. Many swerved close to me thinking it was funny but little did they know had they caused me to loose control and be injured they would be held responsible. I this case though with as little info that has been given, it’s hard to tell who was at fault. If the driver of the truck failed to obey the rules of the road he/she will be charge with vehicular homicide.
Be safe everyone we only have one life to live!
