Red Cross Adult/Child CPR/AED plus Infant CPR – Participants learn to care for respiratory or cardiac emergencies for adults, children and infants. Topics include choking, rescue breaths, chest compression and operation of an AED. Participants receive a laminated reference skills card, workbook and CPR/AED certification card valid for one year. Two-part class is March 29 and 31, 6-10 p.m. Regular classes are this Wednesday, and March 13 and 18, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., at American Red Cross Inland Northwest Chapter, 315 W. “Smiles” Teeth Whitening Fundraiser – Community members can have their teeth whitened at participating dentists any time until March 31 for $99. Proceeds will benefit the Spokane Guilds’ School Foundation, ensuring that infants and toddlers with disabilities in Spokane County receive early intervention services, regardless of ability to pay. Stretch and Flex Classes – Five-week session is held Mondays in March, and combines Pilates, yoga, body conditioning, light cardio and basic stretching. For all ages and levels.
