Chiefs lose in shootout
KELOWNA, B.C. — Geordie Wudrick and Brandon McMillan scored in the shootout to lift the Kelowna Rockets to a 3-2 win over the Spokane Chiefs in Western Hockey League play Wednesday night.
Evan Bloodoff and Brandon McMillan scored in regulation for the Rockets (31-30-6).
Tyler Johnson and Brenden Kichton replied for the Chiefs (40-21-5).
Adam Brown turned away 19 shots for the Rockets. James Reid made 31 saves in defeat for the Chiefs.
