Idaho Vandals

RECORD: 13-15, 4-10 WAC

COMING UP: Tonight vs. San Jose State, 7, ESPN Regional; Saturday vs. Hawaii, 5 p.m., SWX

OUTLOOK: Coming into the final weekend of the regular season, the Vandals could finish as high as fifth in the WAC – or they could miss out on the conference tournament altogether. Only the top eight teams will play in Reno, Nev., next week, and UI, Hawaii and Boise State still have work to do. If the Vandals top Hawaii on senior night, they will advance no matter what. But if they lose to the Warriors and San Jose State, they need Boise State to lose to the same two teams. Idaho stumbled at SJSU on Jan. 4, starting a six-game slide. The Spartans (14-14, 6-8) are paced by Washington transfer Adrian Oliver (22.9 points per game).
