Zags shipped to Buffalo
Face No. 9-seed Florida State
The Gonzaga Unviersity men’s basketball team is a No. 8 seed in the West Region, but they will be traveling all the way to Buffalo, N.Y., to face ninth-seeded Florida State on Friday in the first round of its 12th consecutive NCAA tournament.
The Bulldogs won the West Coast Conference regular season, but lost to Saint Mary’s in the WCC Tournament and lost any chance of being able to play in Spokane for the first round.
The Washington Huskies are a No. 11 seed in the East Region and will play Marquette in San Jose in the first round.

Hey Gonzaga fans! Looks like Siena College and Gonzaga are trading states for this year’s NCAA tournament.
If you’re going to the first round of the tournament in Spokane, and want to root for the Siena College Saints (we hope you will), email communications@siena.edu with your address and we’ll send you a sign!

“we got hosed” That’s what you get when you can’t win the tournament of a second-rate conference. Zags are one and done.

Nice year but not a great one—Zags go along way to go down.

You didn’t get “hosed” Gonzaga, you are just not ready for the “big time” yet or maybe ever. 10 years of weak conference and “big dance” dissapointment. Get to a final four once before you think you are in the elite programs.
