Monday – Option 1: Chicken and dumplings, broccoli, fresh fruit, dinner roll, gingerbread with topping. Option 2: Tuna salad sandwich, broccoli, fresh fruit, dinner roll, gingerbread with topping.

Tuesday – 1: Pot roast, roasted vegetables, green beans almondine, dinner roll, cake. 2: Chicken salad wrap, green beans amandine, dinner roll, cake.

Wednesday – 1: Chicken chaussuer, calico rice, broccoli/cauliflower, breadstick, ambrosia deluxe. 2: Hamburger on a bun, broccoli/cauliflower, breadstick, ambrosia deluxe.

Thursday – 1: Enchilada casserole, refried beans, Spanish rice, salad with dressing, peaches. 2: Chef salad, refried beans, Spanish rice, salad with dressing, peaches.

Friday – 1: Stuffed salmon with dill sauce, potatoes O’Brien, zucchini, perfection salad, dinner roll, cookie. 2: Chicken nuggets with sauce, O’Brien, zucchini, perfection salad, dinner roll, cookie.
