Will definition change?

The Spokesman-Review

Mr. Larry Winters’ letter published March 14 stated that reconciliation voting in the Senate sets aside the filibuster and lets the majority rule. He called that democracy.

Mr. Winters, this nation will, in the future, have a Republican president with a majority in Congress. I have two questions for you. Will it also be democracy if the Republicans use reconciliation to drill for oil, building nuclear and coal plants? Or will we hear you and your irrational liberal cohorts screaming that Congress is illegally using reconciliation?
