Residents of a secluded Pennsylvania county are all abuzz with rumors that celebrity music couple Beyonce and Jay-Z are moving in.

The Grammy winners reportedly are planning to buy a 210-acre spread in Schuylkill County, an economically struggling region in eastern Pennsylvania, though no paperwork has been filed.

That hasn’t stopped people from talking about it in grocery stores and pharmacies, at the fitness center and kids’ T-ball games. One fan even posted a welcome message on Beyonce’s website.

“I’m gonna tell everyone I’m their neighbors. It’s insane!” gushed college student Brooke Shilling, 20.

Added Anne Tomtishen, 23: “Maybe she’ll have babies. That would be awesome!”

It’s all about the tykes

It’s another member for Team Armstrong.

Bicycling star Lance Armstrong announced via Twitter that girlfriend Anna Hansen is expecting his fifth child in October – even setting up a separate Twitter account for it, Cincoarmstrong.

Armstrong, 38, has three children with ex-wife Kristin. He and Hansen had their first child together, son Max, in June 2009.

Goobers are everywhere

The actress who played Thelma Lou on “The Andy Griffith Show” was robbed in the small town that inspired the show’s idyllic Mayberry setting, after moving to the area to avoid big-city crime.

Betty Lou Lynn, 83, had her wallet stolen at a shopping center in Mount Airy, N.C., where Griffith was born.
