Beware U.N. agenda

The Spokesman-Review

Answer to Jo Stowell’s letter of April 23: It shouldn’t be disturbing to learn there are numerous citizens in Spokane who are aware of what the United Nations is trying to do in Spokane and other communities throughout the world. It is so blatantly clear that their goal is a one-world government.

Their strategy to accomplish this is through a U.N. program called the International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives (ICLEI), a part of U.N. Agenda 21, that are meant to undermine United States sovereignty.

An example of this was Envision Spokane (Prop 4) which was defeated by voters in November 2009. Under the guise of sustainability and environmentalism, documented under United Nations Agenda 21, ICLEI is a subtle attempt to gradually take away the property, freedom and liberties of ordinary Americans, restricting them to urban centers where they can more easily be controlled by government.

Since 2002, Spokane has been a member and an active proponent of this United Nations program (ICLEI).

Citizens are urged to research and become aware of the danger of Agenda 21 and ICLEI. Your freedom may depend on it.
