13 arrests reported in weekend drug bust

Police arrested 13 people for drug-related offenses over the weekend after serving search warrants early Saturday morning on two Coeur d’Alene homes.

After a long investigation, members of the North Idaho Regional Violent Crimes Task Force, assisted by the Kootenai County Multi-Agency SWAT team, served the warrants at 1811 and 1814 E. St. Maries Ave., a Kootenai County Sheriff’s Department news release said.

The following Coeur d’Alene residents were arrested: Ronald Lee Colvin, 46, charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver; Michael K. McCollim, 46, charged with possession of marijuana and paraphernalia; Robert R. Rivera Sr., 60, charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver; Scott William Parker, 31, charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver, possession of marijuana and paraphernalia.

Austin J. Cherogatti, 18, of Rathdrum, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and paraphernalia. Bill S. Cowley, 41, of Port Orchard, Wash., was arrested and charged with frequenting.

The following Coeur d’Alene residents also were arrested and charged with frequenting: Steven J. Congdon, 27; Angela J. Congdon, 25; Darla L. McCleskey, 47; Danielle R. James, 23; Ronald D. Ady, 43; and Ginger L. Rivera, 50, who also was charged on an unrelated warrant for driving while suspended.

One juvenile female also was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana.
