The Spokane County Chapter of Citizens’ Alliance for Property Rights will host a talk on expanding gray wolf populations from 4 to 5:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Greyhound Park Event Center in Post Falls, 5100 W. Riverbend Ave.

Jim Beers, a retired federal wildlife biologist, will speak on “The Wolfing of America,” including precautions that people should take when they’re camping, hunting and hiking.

Tickets are $5 at the door.

The event is intended to give rural landowners information and help people get involved in political action, said Martin Howser, president of the Spokane chapter of the property rights alliance.
