Gunman robs bank in north Spokane

A gunman robbed a bank in north Spokane this morning.

The robbery occurred about 9 a.m. at the Washington Trust Bank, 3810 N. Maple St. The robber displayed a gun and left with cash in a stolen car.

He is described as a white man in his late teens to early 20s. He was clean shaven and wore dark clothing, police said.

The getaway car, driven by an unidentified person, was described as a 2008, four-door Buick Lucerne. The car, which was reported stolen Thursday, was described as grayish to green in color. The license plate is 330 YNF.
